Historical West Mansion- Clearlake, TX
After acquiring this property in 2006, Hakeem Olajuwon, former NBA player, hired us to restore this 1929 mansion and convert portion of the home it into a high end retail clothing retail shop.
This project involved a lot of compliance measures to make sure we followed industry standards adequately. This property was a ground up construction. The finished product includes a 30ft indoor water-wall,
grand 26ft ceilings, and ornate custom details.
